      Green-zone Houses   02/19/18

      Start: 25/02/2017
      From the above start date, any house in the Kavala Green-zone being used to store any illegal items will have there items removed. This is to stop people from abusing the Green-zone rules to store items.

      Housing Limits (4 per player)   02/20/18

      Friendly reminder, we have a limit of 4 properties per player. This is to make it fair for all players and give everyone a chance of owning a property. It has been noted that some people have exploited the housing transfer system (be in intentional or not) and have managed to exceed this limit. This is a friendly warning that anyone who holds more than 4 properties has the opportunity to sell their excess properties now and move their items to their other properties. Anyone found with over 4 properties after this week will be at risk of having properties deleted without notice.

  • Added: Scroll bar for licenses in the player menu.
  • Added: Hexagons for groups will now only show if you have a GPS.
    • You can toggle the players name to show under the hex using Shift + 6.

  • Changed: HAVOC Are now OPFOR.
  • Changed: UAV Terminal counts as a GPS now so will show hexagons.
  • Fixed: Issue with texture not loading.
  • Fixed: Issue where gear data was not loading correctly.

We have also moved server to hopefully help with the lag issues we are having. Time will tell!

  • Fixed: Issue where havoc licenses were overwriting civ licenses.
  • Fixed: When being revived your bipod will stay on your gun.
  • Fixed: HAVOC Store items are now free.
  • Added: HAVOC Are now OPFOR again. This time it should all work!

  • Fixed: Multiple HAVOC bug fixes and minor updates.
  • Added: Cartels
    • Random cartel areas will spawn randomly over the course of each server restart.
    • Combat is assumed in each of these areas and initiation is not required.
    • Depending on the amount of players on the server, you will receive a set amount of cash to your person after capturing an area.
    • Cash cannot be deposited in an ATM for a set amount of time.
    • These areas can be contested by other civilians and factions.
    • Factions do not receive the rewards if they capture these areas.

Cartels will be updated over time to include arms and drug rewards so bare with us and give us some suggestions.

  • Added: Improved Cartels
    • The new cartels will constantly be there, up for grabs by anyone. 
    • There are 4 different cartels, Moonshine, Meth, Cocaine and Arms. Arms Cartel will give you and your gang a discount at gun stores, while the others will add money to the gang funds when that specific item is sold.
    • These new cartels will give a global notification when they are being contested, and will also give a notification when it has been captured.
    • Cartels are surrounded by markers around the zones. The inner yellow marker marks the zone that the cartel can be captured from. The outer red zone marks the KOS-area around the zone.
  • Added: AFF Skins
  • Added: CTSFO Base
  • Added: Two new skins to rebel shops, woodland camo combat fatigues and raven camo CSAT fatigues.
  • Added: When taking something out of, or taking something from a container, your data will now be automatically synced.
  • Changed: Cartels that spawn randomly will now take longer to capture, and will now spawn more frequently.
  • Removed: Christmas tree has been removed from Kavala Square.
  • Removed: Old capture system and the Southern Peninsula Red Zone.
  • Removed: Multiple old skins
  • Fixed: The inventory of a vehicle can be accessed by anyone, as long as the vehicle is unlocked.
  • Fixed: Urban CSAT fatigues can be bought from rebel shops.

  • Changed: Capture times have reworked so it doesn't take a life time to recapture a area.
  • Changed: Notification will only be sent if someone else who is not in your gang or faction enters the area.

    • More money when selling drugs.
    • Better chance of hacking the vault if you own a cartel.

  • Added: Incapacitation system:
    • When being killed, instead of being sent to spawn island and looking at a black screen, you will now become incapacitated.
    • This state will allow you to look around and talk to others.
    • When being downed, a timer will start, and after 20 minutes with no medical treatment you will bleed out and be forced to respawn.
    • You can request a medic by pressing SHIFT + ENTER.
    • You can force respawn by holding SPACEBAR.
    • You can execute an incapacitated person with a pistol.
  • Added: Message that states the owner of the house you are breaking into.
  • Added: MAR-10 to CTSFO Weapon Shops.
  • Added: Rusty Enterprises license and gang skins.
  • Changed: Police Backup button is now custom action 7 (still SHIFT + J) by default.
  • Changed: CSO and PCSOs no longer count towards the minimum numbers for bank.
  • Changed: Medics no longer count as an enemy in Cartels, and capturing will continue with medics in the zone.
  • Changed: Lots of clothing stores changes.
    • This includes removal of CSAT fatigues, as well as Christmas Jumpers.
    • This includes new backpacks, helmets, vests and uniform in most of the clothing stores.
  • Changed: Altis News are now in their own slots.
  • Changed: AFF Skins.
  • Changed: NPCs have been changed back to signs for performance reasons.
  • Fixed: Issue where you could dupe virtual items by attempting to buy thousands of one kind, and then buying one of another kind. 
  • Fixed: Arms Cartel now receives £3000 per person and higher chance of hacking the vault, same as the others.
  • Fixed: Arms Cartel Discount should now work in advanced rebel.
  • Fixed: HAVOC can now rob the bank again.
    • HAVOC can now fully access the laptop to hack and open the safe.
    • HAVOC can purchase hacking devices from rebel market.
    • HAVOC can now sell gold at the gold buyer..
  • Fixed: Hexagons will now always be at someone's chest, meaning when for example walking up a ladder it won't be below your feet anymore.

  • Added: Reworked and improved medical system
    • The medical system that was introduced about a week ago, has been reworked and should now be more reliable.
    • Medics should now be able to drag downed players.
    • Medics /admins on duty/ are able to see how far away injured in a 200m radius are, to make it easier to locate downed people. Press CTRL + 0 to disable these icons, Cops will also be able to see these icons when no medics are online.
  • Added: NCA whitelisting and skins
  • Added: Icons in the admin menu showing if the player has admin enabled, or are incapacitated.
  • Added: TITAN Gang Skins
  • Added: New and improved logging system.
  • Added: Dispute system
    • If you have an issue with someone, instead of arguing in sidechat, send a dispute through the dispute menu by pressing the HOME button, this will let them know that they should come to teamspeak to resolve the issue.
  • Changed: Black market price reductions aswell as some new toys added.
  • Changed: HSOS whitelisting and Armory has been changed. there are now 6 levels.
    • Level 1: Basic
    • Level 2: Rifleman
    • Level 3: Machine Gunner
    • Level 4: Marksman
    • Level 5: Squad Leader
    • Level 6: Command
  • Changed: The microphone icon in the player tags has been changed to a better looking one.
  • Fixed: Issue where admins on duty could take damage.
  • Fixed: Issue where tazed / knocked out players were able to take damage.
  • Fixed: Issue where admins were not able to see player data in the admin menu.

  • Changed: Kavala is now marked with a full greenzone. Greenzone rule apply in this area.
  • Changed: HAVOC Checkpoint updated.
  • Added: Signs to all the shops in Kavala, these will also be put on every other shop in Altis.
  • Added: HSOS Base in HAVOC Lands.
  • Fixed: Issue where if you logged out with weapon attachments in your bag you would lose them.

  • Changed: Updated Agios and added the below stores:

  • Changed: SNU Can now open the Altis Vault.
  • Changed: Police can now send to prison from all stations on the island.
  • Changed: WO+ Now have access to a hummingbird in their normal whitelisting.
  • Changed: HAVOC Can now impound Cars, this is only to be done on their side of the island.
  • Changed: Level 4 Vest has been moved to the advanced rebel store after the community meeting discussing.
  • Fixed: Better Police tazing system.
  • Fixed: Altis News skins are now only able to be purchased by whitelisted members. Any skin owned by a non news member has been changed.
  • Fixed: Wanted list has been updated with new wanted levels. Players will also be automatically added to the wanted list for committing crimes.

  • Added: Runway to HAVOC CP, Not sure if this will work so be careful when using it!
  • Added: ACF & URA Gang Skins.
  • Changed: When joining a Gang Package gang you will instantly get access to their skins, no re-log required.
  • Changed: If you die in a helicopter you will now be ejected.
  • Removed: Old Skins that were not used.
